Winter, 2015.  While assisting needlepoint canvas designer, Ellen Clark Brown, owner of waterweave.com at her trade show, I was inspired to create this family of whimsical chickens for her to stitch.  We are both Pomona Sagehens.  From top to bottom, meet Elizabeak, General Tso, and King Fox Catcher.  Ellen took the concept to the next level and they became top sellers in 2016!
